SLOPPY JOE'S IS SPECIAL
My friend Mat and I drove all the way from Virginia Beach, VA in July 2009. Everyone always told me if you go to Key West you have to stop at Sloppy Joe's. Ended up spending part of every day there. Whether it was to get a frozen drink in the day to cool me down or party the night away with the great bands. Met a lot of cool people from all over the world there. First night in town I met a nice girl at Sloppy Joe's named Kristy and ended up spending the rest of my vacation with her. You can thank her for this picture. I will always have a special place in my heart for Sloppy Joe's.

GREETZ FROM FLANDERS
We are from Flanders, Europe. We recently visited the USA and Key West for the first time. On Tuesday 06/16/09 we were down to Key West. We hung out on Duval Street and off course Sloppy Joe's. It was a great experience and we heard Brian Roberts perform on stage...Great show! We met some nice people from Orlando and Buffalo. Sloppy Joe's = cozy atmosphere.

SISTERS!
Our 4th trip to Key West and it's just keeps getting better! Sloppy Joe's is always a great place to visit, music is always good and the bartenders are awesome! We would like to say Hi to Lou from the Minnesota Sisters!

ALWAYS THE FIRST STOP!
Whenever we're in Key West, Sloppy Joe's is one of our first stops! There's always great food, cold drinks, a big crowd and top-notch entertainment. Even the kids love it!! My wife bought me a Sloppy Rita t-shirt after I told her Sloppy Rita made me think of her! That was so nice. We're looking forward to a return visit in August.

Another Pirate Looks at 40
Nikki, Reeny, Lorene, and Lisa had a great time on March 26th spending Reeny's 40th birthday. All first timers, all expected repeat customers! We enjoyed singing along with Pete & Wayne, and throwing back a few with our new found family at Sloppy Joe's.

KENNY CHESNEY
March 2009: We heard, on a Thursday, that our favorite artist, Kenny Chesney, was going to play at Sloppy Joe's. On Friday we drove down to Key West. We hung out on Duval St. and at Sloppy Joe's. On Saturday, we woke up at 7:00 a.m. for a concert at 5:30 p.m. We waited 8 hours until Kenny started playing. The concert was great and of course we'll be back next year. Thanks Sloppy Joe's!

THEY WERE AWESOME!
My first time in Sloppy Joe's was July 06. My husband and I were in the Keys for a week. Emily's Toybox was the band that played all week. They were awesome!! We had the best time!! We came to Sloppy's every night to eat, drink and PARTY!! Ever since, we have made a trip to Key West every year and stop in to Sloppy Joe's.

THEY ROCK!
My boyfriend Kevin and I had a great time watching our favorite band Emily's Toybox on February 27, 2009! I am from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania and Kevin lives in Miami. We are big fans of ETB! Kevin travels to Lock Haven for the summers and we catch every show we can. I traveled a long way to see him and them. We had a blast! This was our first time seeing them live with their newest members Jason and Milhouse and we couldn't have picked a better place! They rock!!!! See you next year!

AWESOME VIBE!
My wife and I spent 2 days in Key West prior to a trip to the Dry Tortugas. A (very) young lady who was bartending at the time, took our picture. It was our first trip to the Keys and Sloppy Joe's. We bar hopped a bit but always ended up at your place. Good music, drinks and an awesome vibe. Hope to see you again soon.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
My wife and I were married 5 years ago on the beach in Key West and come back every year for our anniversary. One of the first spots that we hit as soon as we get there is Sloppy Joe's! We always meet great people there and always seem to meet people from Maryland. The bartenders are great and make you want to come back time and again.

WE'LL BE BACK NEXT YEAR
My grand daughter and I were down there on vacation for Lobster Fest and came home with some great memories and pictures. The main street in the evening came alive with venders and
some food that you could not get anywhere else.
Just people watching is an adventure in its own. This the third year that we have been in the Keys and should be back next year.

WE WILL BE BACK FOR FANTASY FEST!
So, my girlfriend Terre and I decided to go to Key West for Halloween 2008. It was a blast. We always ended up at Sloppy Joe's. VS. The Earth was playing on stage Halloween night. They told the crowd that we could get a free t-shirt if we would get on stage and dance. Well, of course, Terre and I, being the party girls of Clear Lake, TX, jumped at this. We got on stage and did our thing. It was a blast. Key West/Sloppy Joe's was the best time of our lives so far! Thanks!

SISTERS
My name is Mel and that is my sister Cin (in green). I came to visit her and her family in Miami. I am from Costa Rica (Pura Vida!). We decided to go to Key West and I was so excited I couldn't believe it. As soon as we got there we went to Sloppy Joe's for early dinner, I loved the place as much as the music, the service and it all! Then we went to walk around and see the sunset, what a wonderful place. Guess what we did after all that? We went back to Sloppy Joe's!! It was even better than before!!!!

Sloppy Joes, 2006--My first visit to Key West was the 100th anniversary of Hemingway's birthday 2001. . I fell in love with Key West and being a Hemingway fan I always make it a point to stop in for a cold Daiquiri or Mojito, listen to the music and imagine how it was when Ernest sat around enjoying a drink with his buddies. OH BABY!
The little guy in the middle is the first ever Sloppy Joe's baby! My wife Lindsay and I first met in Sloppy Joe's in 1999 - each on holiday from the UK with different group of friends. I'd love to tell you that our eyes met across the room and I swept her off her feet with witty anecdotes, but I'd had a few too many and she just put up with my inane chatter. We married in 2004 and little James was born 18 months later. Thank you Sloppy Joe's - I owe you more than a beer in return.

GREETINGS FROM BELGIUM
Hey there,
we came all the way from Brussels (Belgium) to visit Key West. We we're attracted to Sloppy Joe's by it's name, which is even known in Belgium, and we were so amused that it was really hard leaving Sloppy's. The music was great and the staff no less (thank you Jenn for the royal treatment!) We sat at the bar and after just one drink we already met so many great people that it's a memory for life. We'll definitely come back, so don't ever change !

FIRST PERFORMANCE
We visited the Keys August of 2007 for our first family vacation. It was great!! Just the perfect place to get away. Sloppy Joe's was just the right spot to get out of the heat and enjoy cold drinks, great music, and wonderful staff. We had to stop by for a second time on the same day. Our son even gave his first on stage performance there. We think he's a natural!! Thanks for the great atmosphere and memories!

I was in Key West from 3/3/2008 to 3/10/2008 and I have never had more fun in my life, it is one place that I could actually move too. The Bendrz are awesome and the atmosphere is great too.
